A&D Eats: Niu By Vikings, SM Aura

Two weeks ago, Didi asked me if I wanted to try out Niu By Vikings. Yes, she asked me out on a date heehee! If you've been to any Vikings, you would know it is a buffet restaurant and they serve great food. It is one of the restaurant our family go to for Sunday lunches.
The Vikings Group latest venture, Niu (pronounced as nee-uh, means nine in the Viking language) is set in a lavish atmosphere giving you an upscale buffet dining experience.
Sleek interior, chic and ultra-contemporary, with dark wood tables and comfy hairs. Dramatic lighting and elaborate decor in intimate dining spaces.

The interior is impressive, dining spaces perfect for date nights with your partner. Not only that, food is great too! With several international cuisine with a wide comprehensive menu, I didn't know where to start!
 There's French and Italian fares.
There's a Pasta Station where Didi asked the chef to cook her risotto!
Pizza Stations where they are freshly made and cooked.
Carving Station. The US Prime Beef was so good!!!
Foie Gras Station. Not many buffet restaurants offer this so I was happy there's one in Niu.
Chinese Station which has your famous Chinese dishes like Sweet and Sour Pork, Make Your Own Noodles and dimsum.
Japanese Station which is one of my favorites in any buffet!
Salad Station with a wide selection of dressings!
Cold Cuts
And as any Viking buffet, you can drink all you can to your heart's content! But the difference with Niu, they also offer wine, beer, and cocktails as part of their drinks station aside from the staple soda, juices, and coffee.
Free flowing drinks all throughout your meal!
Dark Mojito
I wasn't able to get to taste the desserts because of too much chika with Didi haha! But I have more food to show you guys!
I love crab legs! This was yummy!
I forgot what this soup was but I remembered it was good too!
Lobster Miso. I loved this!
Loved everything that was served for us. I was so full that night. I wished we arrived earlier so we also got to taste their dessert!

Niu is definitely a place you want to take your partner to. The ambiance is perfect for date nights! It's also perfect for family gatherings and I think it would be the go-to place for Christmas parties! I will be back with my family. Book now and treat your family to Niu!

Niu is located at the SM Aura Skypark, right across the Samsung Hall. The restaurant is open for lunch Monday through Sunday from 11:30am to 2:30pm and for dinner Monday through Sunday from 5:30 – 10:00 pm. Major credit cards are accepted. Birthday Play At Kidzville, SM Aura

My kids loved Kidzville at The Podium, we spent R's birthday there. Y's been bugging me to go back and before Y's birthday, I found out that Kidzville opened another branch in SM Aura and decided to take the kids there.
It was still on soft opening when we went on Y's birthday.
It was a Saturday so it was pretty packed!
Kidzville Aura has a different theme than the one in Podium. It has that futuristic, cosmic theme going on.
The kids loved that boat on the bottom right photo where you can play with rubber duckies!

I don't have any idea how yaya and R were able to go way up there! Haha!
Y was a bit scared with this room upstairs. You can play pretend crazy doctors here hehe!

You can play pretend fireman and put out fire too!

Or play construction workers. Oh how fun!

Although my kids enjoyed their time in Kidzville Aura, I think my kids like the one in Podium more. It's more toddler-friendly, bigger space, there's the big slides plus us adults can move freely. I had a hard time going up the tree going to the small slide. Bigger kids will get to enjoy this Kidzville Aura.

Check Kidzville Aura and bring your kids and enjoy the fun! Here's the rates:
