Bibi Shoes: Brazilian Footwear Brand My Kids are Currently Loving

When my kids have a preference on which shoes to wear, I really don't argue with them. I've learned my lesson well. I've bought a few shoes that they didn't want to wear because it's not comfortable. That's money down the drain. So when it's shoe shopping, I just bring them with me so they can choose which one they want and I am just there to approve haha!

Just recently, my kids and I went to the launch of Bibi Shoes in Rustan's. Bibi is a Brazilian brand that makes stylish and fashionable shoes for kids. Bibi has been around for 65 years, making kid-friendly footwear and developing shoes that feels like you're walking barefoot! I think my kids can attest to the comfort of Bibi Shoes. Ever since getting their new pairs of shoes, it's the only shoes they want to wear these days!

There were arts and crafts stations, kid's nail polish booth and food for kids and kids at heart. My kids thoroughly enjoyed every activity. I had a hard time chasing them around and telling them to pick which shoes they like. Haha!

Heatwave Has Hit Manila!

How many pairs of shoes do you own? Aminin! But how many of your 20 pairs (I know it's more than 20, pero secret na lang natin yon. Heehee!) do you actually use? Me? I rotate about maybe 5 pairs of shoes (which I love as of the moment!) and it includes my new pair of Heatwave loafers!

Heatwave is a Singaporean brand that started with a small boutique has grown into a full-scale footwear brand that's both fashionable and comfortable. I have to thank Rowena because if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have this pretty pair of loafers! Thank you Rowena for giving my name to the Spark It people.

The Edades Function Room was turned into a Heatwave store with a sea of shoes and bags! There's flats, pumps, high heels, sandals, peep-toes and more! The choices were endless that I had a hard time choosing which pair to take home! 

Each pair of Heatwave Shoes is carefully handcrafted by eight people.  Heatwave makes shoes with the customers in mind. That said, their in-house, personal touch to production to true testament of the brand's commitment to only making high quality and well-designed shoes. Did I mention they're very affordable too?

My Top 4 Picks! I thought of what kind of shoes I don't have yet. Heels sana BUT I knew I won't be use them as much as a pair of flats!

Summer Shoe Lusts!

I love shoes! When I'm bored, sad or uninspired, I browse through my favorite local shoe brands to check what's new or sometimes when I'm really really sad (at may budget), I buy new shoes! Relate ba kayo? :)

I have no budget for a new pair (or maybe one) of shoes... Heehee! I'm sharing with you some of the shoes I've been checking out well almost everyday. You never knw, baka mag-SALE!

1. Gold Dot Kriselle Wedges (Php1,595)

Leopard print is my favorite animal print! I like this for days when you want to feel like a bagets! Haha. Uy bata pa ako ah.

Or those days na wala kang pedicure or sira sira na ang pedicure! Heehee! Guilty?
