A Whole New World of Magic with Disney Mobile and Globe's myStarter Plan!

Disney is a part of every kid's childhood! I grew up watching Disney movies and my kids are now growing up with Disney movies, Disney Channel and Junior shows, they know the name of the shows and characters by heart. Ang cute lang! My not so little girl loves Frozen and we've been frozen in Frozen for more than two years now haha! She has the dolls, the plush toys, books, pencils, even her clothes! When I took her to Disneyland last year, it was our main agenda to have her photos taken with Queen Elsa and Anna and it was mission accomplished! So when she saw me browsing through Globe's website and saw the Disney Mobile phones, she has been bugging me to get her the Frozen!

Disney Mobile has three design themes to choose from: Disney Princess, Frozen and Mickey Mouse. The phones are packed with exclusive Disney custom user interface

and content, such as wallpapers, widgets, ringtones and apps! How cute and cool is that? I'm sure Y would find it cool too!

Disney Mobile is running on Android Lollipop. Each device has a 1.2 GHz Quad core processor, dual SIM and 4G LTE capabilities, 5” HD IPS screen, 13MP rear camera, and 5MP front camera.

Disney Mobile is exclusively available through Globe's myStarter Plan beginning at only Php750 per month! It will be available on May 27, 2016 but you can already register your interest at www.globe.com.ph/disney-mobile!

For new applicants, once you've registered, a Globe representative will call you to process your application once the Disney Mobile is already available. While for recontracting customers, you may call the hotline 730-1300 to process your request. Please take note that if you registered, it doesn't mean you're already approved. All applications will go through verification process, so be patient! :)

All of us are excited to get a hold of the Disney Mobile! But, please also take note of the on when you'll receive your unit: 

• Recontracting subscribers will get to experience Disney Mobile first. The Disney Mobile will be delivered to them on May 23 if you applied starting May 13 until May 18 (NCR only, for provincial its May 13 until May 16), applications beyond that will be delivered after May 23.

• For new applications, Disney Mobile will be delivered on May 27 if you applied starting May 13 until May 20 (NCR only for provincial its May 13 – May 18), applications beyond that will be delivered after May 27. New applications are still subject for verification and approval thus, delivery might go beyond May 27.

• For applications from May 13 until May 20, store pick-up will not be available. All handsets will be delivered to your doorstep. Disney Mobile will be available in the Globe Stores starting May 27.

A&D Finds: Where To Buy Queen Elsa and Princess Anna Costumes

It's just a week a way before Halloween and all the Trick or Treat events are happening next week! Got your costumes? Where are you spending your Halloween? No plans yet? Check out Smart Parenting's Guide! 

I am procrastinating when it comes to the kids' costumes. I want to use what we have for their costumes. I already have an idea for R's costume but I also borrowed costumes so I'll have choices. For Y, last year she was Snow White, for this year, since she has a lot of tutus and puffy skirts, I borrowed wings so she can be a fairy na lang. BUT.... a part of me wants to dress her as Queen Elsa! Ayan na passing frustrations from my own childhood... Heehee! But really, Y has been bugging me she wants to dress as Elsa, with the cape and braided hair, the works!

So now I am kind of cramming and looking for Elsa dresses and costumes.  JUST IN CASE! But I can't really decide which one to buy because I have a budget and have to stick with it! I've searched every nook of the internet (naks!) on where I can get the nicest Elsa and Anna gowns and dresses that goes with your budget.

Y wore a Celestina and Co (@celestinaandco) Snow White apron last year and she also wears it even on normal days when she just feels like it. It is super sulit! This is usually on a pre-order basis, but I found out that Baobao Babies carries ready-made aprons, the catch is they are located in Cebu. Sayang lang because Y's size is still for pre-order. Boohoo! Order na while you still have time!

Home Spun Ph

I discovered Home Spun in OLX during Y's birthday. They are also in Instagram (@homespun_ph). I wasn't able to buy but I kept it on my notes just in case I decided to buy. Home Spun's price points are more budget-friendly.

The Little Bugger
One day I stumbled upon The Little Bugger's IG (@thelittlebugger) and I loved loved every minute browsing thru their IG account. It made me want to buy every Elsa dress she has.   Every little girl would squeal with delight! And the good thing is they have a physical store (3rd Level, Greenhills Shoppesville Mall) and you can go and try out each and every gown. You can also order online and ask your questions thru Viber.

Alex & Alexa Kids Boutique
I also found out about Alex & Alexa on OLX and Ebay.ph. They sell similar costumes as The Little Bugger. They also have a physical store in Alabang Zapote Road, Las Pinas City but also accepts online orders. You can also check their IG @shopalexandalexa!

I also saw Elsa and Anna costumes in SM.  Each costs Php1,349. But sizes are limited! There's no size for Y anymore. And I don't really like the material. Same as the one I saw in 168. And this is how this post was born. Hehehe!
